okay that is fine just use the ticket I just sent you to help tomorrow then.
-
just come on my livechat at my site: https://cubedata.net please because I haven't integrated my livechat software with WHMCS yet.
-
WHMCS reports saying your Key is Invalid did you copy the entire key length into license_key.php like so? <?php $license_key = "Trial-Vultr-Blesta-randomstring"; // Enter Your license key
-
oh what version of blesta are you running? because the module expects to be installed in {blesta_root_dir}\components\modules\vultr\vultr.php it should be at least 3 levels up to the blesta root directory from the module's files/directory do you have php 5.6 installed? including ioncube loader v5 series? nevermind found the issue WHMCS says invalid key on its licensing logs. you don't think you could come on my livechat on my website do you?
-
you're right I need to add a readme but you already did everything right except missed a step you put your key in the license_key.php file to allow the module to call home with that key
-
Fixed....Patch uploaded to WHMCS
-
yes I have livechat I just need to login to it(and it seems a bug I have already spotted causing the license invalid error patch will be uploaded in a sec)
-
okay great! would be happy to make sure you are a happy & satisfied customer please contact me via ticket in WHMCS if you have any problems.
-
here is what I did I just use livehelperchat which this plugin uses as a standalone copy on another server and just embed the required javascript into blesta I admit that was a lot easier lol(I have used this plugin before and had those issues that is why I thought if I wanted the full functionality of the software might as well run it myself lol)

see here: http://docs.whmcs.com/Licensing_Addon
-
okay will it be possible soon to add the path verification option to the license as well? because I admit that is the only thing I am missing from whmcs & blesta's licensing addon's.
-
patch will be incoming for this module as well to patch it to work with blesta v4 as well(as well as the rest of my modules I just hate having to go to each thread and say the patch will be coming for support for blesta v4 on each topic that is why I am saying it here only lol)
-
Patch will be incoming to support blesta v4 as well.
-
nevermind I probably should just make my mind up before I decide to flip flop between licensing solutions lol
-
well actually I already have a prototype built for blesta for the license verification portal I just need to test it.
-
@Paul I have to ask you while your fixing the tls configuration could I ask if you know when blesta v4 beta will come out today?
-
Yes it is that is what I have on my production blesta that enables tls v1.2
-
yes here: https://www.insecure.ws/linux/apache_ssl.html relevant part to change in mod_ssl: # Best but least compatible with older browsers SSLProtocol all -SSLv2 -SSLv3 -TLSv1 By the way paul I use centos 6 and have no intentions on upgrading to 7 and that is the mod_ssl configuration I use to force TLS v1.2/1.1 here is my config on centos 6 that has tls 1.2 enabled: # SSL Protocol support: # List the enable protocol levels with which clients will be able to # connect. Disable SSLv2 access by default: SSLProtocol all -SSLv2 -SSLv3 +TLSv1.2
-
okay is it centos 6? because you can easily tell it to support TLS 1.1/1.2?
-
okay I just have to inform you paul your jira says it has unsupported cipher in ssl on it in chrome.
-
so am I
-
well I have to tell you that due to liking the idea of paying once and never again unless you need updates I am going to stay with WHMCS licensing addon(and possibly switch to blesta 4.0 license manager plugin if it is better hopefully than 3.x was) but good luck with your business anyway.
-
Yes you can expect continued development I haven't abandoned any of my other modules yet either Yes I agree you're very strict for security reasons Yes and I should have expected that Yes but let me inform you it was already production ready when it was announced considering it went through a lot of Q&A testing before even being released/announced by me and before even getting the "Stable" category label. @AnthonyL does this answer all of your questions?
-
okay thanks
