  1. I bumped in the same error message. I have unlimited packages but the package has 0$ price. Is that the issue? I mean, is not possible to have a free package?
  2. thanks for help guys, I sort it out. Was a DNS issue.. however now I have a different issue, in the package I can see the packages created in cpanel.. all good.. just that when a user buys something from blesta the account is not created in cpanel. in logs I only have the package list command.. nothing else..
  3. As thynan said, "disable partial payment" option is in plan to be implemented? We find really awkward that user can set whatever value at the payment time, creates confusion and trouble in the same time among users. So, is there any option to disable partial payment or the edit value?
  4. Yes, I am really sure and as I said in the first message, I tried with and without SSL
  5. Hello, I'm still trying to connect from blesta to cpanel but creating the server fails with error: A connection to the server could not be established. Please check to ensure that the Hostname, User Name, and Remote Key are correct. I checked the ports, 2087 it is open, I'm using the SSL option in cpanel module, I'm not using a reseller account, I'm trying to connect using root account, I'm not sure what else I can try, I can't find any error in the logs, on cpanel machine or blesta machine. I tried to add the hostname as fqdn or IP address, port is not specified there.. still nothing. I'm using a trial Blesta version 3.4.3 What else I could possible try? Thank you!
