I Added A Service To A Client And It Didn't Create An Invoice?
sunrisepro replied to sunrisepro's question in Support
I found it in the 'pending' category. When I set the invoice due date to 7/13 I also changed the invoice date to 7/13. Whew - I thought I was going crazy that I'd somehow managed to make an invoice disappear. -
I Added A Service To A Client And It Didn't Create An Invoice?
sunrisepro posted a question in Support
This was using the universal module to create a recurring service that didn't need provisioning. I saw the package term & price when setting it up and also edited the date of invoice (to 7/10) but there is no invoice yet. What did I miss? -
When I go to /order it immediately goes to my hosting products. I have a bunch of other webmaster-oriented products as well and I'd like customers to be able to see all the products, separated into categories, on one page. How can I do this?

OK thanks. Looks like I had put in the coupon to the service already. So I unapplied, edited the invoice, recorded the credit as payment and she's got $.99 credit now. Thanks!

OK - so I negotiated a special price for a client. The product price is $19/mo; we agreed to $12/mo. I made a coupon for her to take $7 off. She paid the invoice at the price she thought was correct ($12.99) and did not use a coupon. The invoice shows $6.01 unpaid. How can I add the coupon so that she has a recurring monthly bill of $12?

Any way to move that under Edit? That would make sense. -

I looked there before posting here and I don't have any options beyond a description field - see this screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0Bx6WeM7T2vt-U0Rfb1VpRnBvdlU/view?usp=sharing -
My hosting order form has 3 packages. It's not automatically alphabetized - the newest package is at the bottom when it should alphabetically at the top. Is it doing it by package ID?

The Confluence docs are not all that helpful - having some examples of how to do this or that would make things clearer. -
Is It Possible To Add Products That Don't Involve Hosting?
sunrisepro replied to sunrisepro's question in Support
Thanks. Does that mean there is no way to make a product that is not related to hosting? -
I'm trying to setup a monthly recurring bill for webmaster services. I'd like clients to be able to choose just this service or have it available as an addon to a hosting package. Not sure how to go about this - all packages need to be connected to a hosting plan.

Thanks - I don't see any way to let them register. The only way seems to be via choosing a hosting package first. -
Possible To Make A Product That Is Active But Not Public?
sunrisepro replied to sunrisepro's question in Support
OK, thanks. The client does not exist in the system yet so should I create their account, add the package and then give them the login to add payment info? -
I need to make a custom hosting account for client (with some custom settings, like a specific number of allowed domains, etc). I don't this to be an option for any other client to see. How can I do that and allow the new client to buy the product?

Ok - I made a new cronjob in cPanel. Does this look right? */5 * * * * /usr/local/bin/php /home/username/public_html/blesta/index.php cron I guess I'll find out in five minutes if it works or not -

My bad - I missed the /local/. My cronjob starts with */5 * * * * /usr/bin/php I don't see any options to edit the cron job - where can I do that? -

Yes, it does. The host confirmed that the path is correct and are checking to see why the job is not running. -

Guessing not because everything at /admin/settings/company/automation/ says 'Never.' I just sent a ticket to my host to see if the php location in the cronjob is correct or not. -

OK - I'm on my new host and I copied all the settings from my original Blesta install. I have one order form and 'Require Manual Review and Approval of All Orders' was not checked. I created an order with a test client and their service is in 'Pending' stage. I'm guessing I missed another setting somewhere? I did receive the 'Payment Received' email so that should not be an issue.
