but cancel services in X days should be in core, for us no problem if exist in plugin , but the plugin should be supporting some other feature like notification emails .

a lot of host and providers disable the exec functions . like us we disable it even if we use a own vps just for billing . yesterday we have recieved a new plugin of backups done from naja7host for remote cloud backups . and we find that the backup use a native php class for backup rather than the exec function used in bleta core . the class used is located here https://github.com/ifsnop/mysqldump-php . we suggest to add this class in the core or use a semilar class tgo do the backup proccess .

why not to correct the database shema for new install ? is better than every time come one to compliants again a states that already discussed here , at the moment is there only small countries that have changed or difference with the ISO standard , like italy , morocco ... so is better to provide updated info than providing wrong info .

for my point of view , 4 module for the same use (cpanel core, cpanel extended, cpanel tasty, cpanel reloaded ) is a pain, i hope to merge them all in one module and take the best functions and maintain one module by the community and the staff is better than deviding the effort in different module. the important here is that you can't change the module when you have already worked with one, the only two module is working together is cpanel code and cpanel reloaded .

it would be nice also . i prefer blesta team spend time in core thing than a plugin, i have already read a debate about what is important , mass mailer or domain manager refactor , casting by licencecart and paulov and naja7host so i go with the core road than the plugins .

i prefer fo the dev to not lose time in something that will be ready in core in version 4 . so the simple work has been done . @cyandark thanks for your work and sharing .

just a note ; naja7host has some days now away from the community . i have contacted them about the matter, he said that he has some big project that eating all the time from him , he never will leave blesta or his modules/plugins, and he is preparing a new box and staff just for blesta market, i have see his new t-shirt work for blesta addons , and maybe he is preparing some big bombs for blesta .

but you can group two action or three in one step . i also feel the order form is not yet improuved for hosting companies . reallt it need a deep look . NOTE: already some users has compliants about this in other threads .

try to use the default dropdown HTML and test it . if it work so you have two option 1 - missing css style in the media 2 - a jquery code that not exucuted in small medias .

let me do some focus in this thread , we have had like the same case in our test server , the reason is the order-id . and we have stuck with other domain that we have imported that are not renewed or we can't use them with blesta (because they miss the order-id in database ) . we have asked naja7host before about this , and he forward us to their reloaded module , and BOW the module is not using anymore the order-id from database . from what we have seen in the code , the module fetch the order-id directly from the registrar using the domain name . i suggest to use the same method in the core module , logicbox has a option to get the order-id based in the domain, so 0% of error here . another case , is when we change a domain locally , the order-id is not fetched from registrar , so it remain in the database the old order-id wrong domain ( i believe this is the case of th OP) . So a great push from us to ignore the order-id from database and use the Logicbox function to fetch the real order-id for the actual domain .

is there any jquery code for the dropdown ? or is the default one with boostrap ? some theme ussing a custom jquery for dropdown menus , and may cause that error with other devices .

can the default cpanel also be in github , as we can import some new futures to it ?

use media in css to adjust the css for every width .
