if I was you I will check: 1/ at blesta admin panel at Settings/Company/System what you year Blesta is displaying close to date format I belive from command line in a terminal/console using/typing : date you can get also get it 2/ at blesta admin panel at Settings/Company/Billing Check your parameters 3/ if your invoiced service was created from a custom plugin/module you did? check the appropriate date was well registered in blesta services table

The example CRON command from Blesta admin interface "Settings/Systems/Automation" & button, */5 * * * * /usr/bin/php /my-user-path/public_html/index.php cron was working fine when we clicked the Blesta button, but at his cPanel the command was certainly wrong, as it's had to be close to above but different in the display: , I removed */5 * * * * in front of command as cPanel have his own interface for create this part (but cpanel do not display it in that way) and not only that, certainly previous command set at cPanel had not same php path, but as above full command work manually from Blesta, I just taken the same way and without searching to adapt PHP path or precise a given user. And that's it

Great info thanks! Now, I believe it's was just from customer that made change/alteration, as none other customers are concerned, and nothing special at checking postfix mail server logs.

maybe just wait fews hours for dns propagation time if you just set the domain. by the way, have you set an A DNS record at DNS editor at your domain's registrar? check the domain using online tool like: http://dnscheck.iis.se/

cron should be set in crontab in your server as the blesta button is only for manuall.

We Sell monthly license to use for softwares we develloped, I can see it's very boring to ask customers to order new license every time license expired for not being paid on time, when we would like to be able to manage cancelled services. This should be a Blesta option, so, +1

Is there a way to display "customer name" column when services are listed? Such kind of featue to tick/untick columns displayed can be useful

I have feeling it's related to what licensecart was saying in last. But, I was not able to reproduce issue when testing. ------------ My email template for "ticket updated" is using: From Email: support@my-domain.com and when ticket was created, customer did send email to contact@my-domain.com (the group "contact" at blesta support ) so maybe customer replied/updated ticket by reply to the "from Email" in place of using the "Reply to" the "Reply to" always match to the email for the appropriate blesta group (here "contact"), and should be automatically used by email client software, but maybe customer did manually somethings strange by copy paste email to reply by taking the "From email" So, just in case, in each of my blesta group for support, I ticked: "Override the from address set in email templates with the email address set for this department" A such way, customer casn not find a "wrong" email address within the email, even if I'm not certain the issue is really from that, at least it's should not introduce something wrong to use above ticked option.

ok, so, this parameter you said is ok/present. Really strange, I only have this issue with a given non-registered customer, could that can come from his email? but it's a corporate email address
