yes to Tyson, But it's like to make very particular/exeptionnal rules a generality, when generality regarding hosting business is more to hidde, not allow access to technical service's actions (server, update, etc...), but ok to display general info tab. It's ever that way whmcs work. People that want particular display could create their own tab, customization, but the generality of our business should be "satisfied" by default?

[Blesta 3.2-3.5.1] How To Make Static Pages By Modifying Portal Plugin
serge replied to Rodrigo's topic in Contribute
From Rodrigo hack, pages content are in plugins/cms/controller/main.php but from my test & in the idea to port this hack for using it in Blesta multi companies, From my test, I think this variable "$system_company->id" seem to do not have directly a value in such "general" file as not being in a view. Maybe in plugins/cms/controller/main.php , $system_company->id variable it should be set before in this function: public function preAction() { But I'm not enough skilled -
[Blesta 3.2-3.5.1] How To Make Static Pages By Modifying Portal Plugin

yes, thanks, I just found that before, I will be porting this code using that way -
in admin area at : Settings/Company/billing.... It will be nice to have a drop-down list to definite invoice due date could be at x day(s) before the date of expiration of service (that is by now improperly called renewal date). This will be very useful for countries where most payments do not come a lot from direct-fast online payment gateway (cash, etc..). Mostly the invoice due date, is just a due date to display on invoice, it's do not change/affect the date when the service expire

Service Should Renew When Paid, Not When Invoiced
serge replied to PhatPixel's topic in Feature Requests
good, thanks In some countries having a lot of unbankable people, more than 80% of payment are not received same day of order, customers have a order Ref number from the payment gateway and do over-the-counter cash payment. -
Service Should Renew When Paid, Not When Invoiced
serge replied to PhatPixel's topic in Feature Requests
yes to what naja7host say An other things that seem missed, is In my opinion: -------------------- the very very first renewal date should not be set from the very initial date of the customer order (very first date of initial invoice creation) BUT renewal date should be set from the date initial Invoice has been paid. (And this only for the very first activation of service) example, for a monthly service ordered by customer on 2015/01/27 , so invoice creation date is 2015/01/27, and supposing customer pay 10 days later, the renewal date was ever by Blesta set from the invoice creation, THIS IS VERY WRONG, so the first month of active customer service will only 21 days in place of 31 days. of course following renewal invoice, the service renewal date is set from the very very first invoice payment date. and "date renew" semantic mean VS "expiry date", it's seem to me that on customer view "expiriy date" maybe more appropriate term -
[Blesta 3.2-3.5.1] How To Make Static Pages By Modifying Portal Plugin

Thank you, it's working fine!! I was now thinking how some page could only be available for a given blesta's company? -
I agree on that: if the service has status rather than active , the client didn't and shouldn't see anything
-
before the redirection to the payment gateway, client is supposed to click on the payment variant button like: ---------- subscription or std one-time payment ------- it's depend of what you have ticked in admin area at Company/setting/YOUR payment gateway, example: Payment Options One time and subscription payments when possible One time payments only Subscription payments only -------------- In my case I use Paypal, with above option ticked, and I can see that if customer do not click to select subscription or one-time payment, the redirection to paypal is taking one-time payment by default, so shorter the redirection delay, is mostly if you want only one-time payment.
-
note that it's will be over-written at every Blesta order plugin update
-
by default Blesta redirection take 5 second (5000 milli-seconds). In admin area & menu, packages, order forms, edit your order form. Note what template you are using. Now for you given templates (MY-TEMPLATE in bellow example), & using FTP or a file explorer: open this file : MY-BLESTA-DIR/plugins/order/views/templates/MY-TEMPLATE/javascript/checkout_complete.js & change : --------------- delay(5000) ------------------ to your delay value in milliseconds.
-
ok, fine, it's seem it's follow the same for the return URL, I just tested
-
ok, thxs. Yes I know Paypal only allow one account by person/company. So if I understand well, Blesta will automatically pass through the transaction API Call: the appropriate notify URL corresponding to the appropriate blesta's companie?

was this issue reported/created in the bug tracking system?
-
For better reading I updated here bellow my bug report: Describe the issue you're experiencing. ------------------------------------------------------- At order summary step, package name is displayed twice on the same line, see also attached picture my-package-name my-package-name 12 Months for 1 @ ₱1,998.00 Provide detailed steps necessary to reproduce the issue. --------------------------------------------------------------------------- - using universal module with the package - having a product with NO "Service Options" (label & name) filled in universal module, & given product edited: - having a package name (at Packages/Browse/The-given-package) being very unique for better isolating the issue, next associate universal module to the package with above product. - using an order form with type "general" - bug described in 1. will happen with all form templates Versions: -------------- Universal Module : version 1.2.0 Blesta: version 3.3.4 Attached Thumbnails

I see your point, by the way if you export your customer table from the database, you could after that mass email using your provider/solutions
-
Not exactly what you said, What I have done when I was using whmcs, was to create a button "refresh view"
-
what I found is when editing package, and removing all Assigned Groups and save package. if we re edit after the package, previous assignated group(s) are still there and are also as still there as well in db table package_group for the given package.
-
+1 on naja7host view
-
you mean the bug you report: is to be allowed to save a package without having a group assigned to this package?
-
Thxs, for tried to reproduce the bug I have re-checked, and now I can see the bug happen only if: there is no "Service Options" (label & name) filled in universal module, & given product edited:
-
I think what I reported above is maybe in connection to: in Blesta Table service_fields, for column "key" equal "license_module_status" - column "value" equal "reissue....." after the Blesta general cron when the order/service passed to active status. - column "value" equal EMPTY after the licence have been checked & validated by the licence check.
