Done that ok thanks to your video But when I go back to support and select piping I am still getting the error "The PHP Mailparse PECL extension is required for parsing email tickets." Support are saying Mailparse is installed ok

This is great, helped a lot. Can these little snippets be added to the docs somehow? Still getting an error but that is to do with PHP Mailparse PECL I think and I have support working on it

Thank you both, sorted after confusing myself so really appreciate the guides. But...I have one further problem now in the when the customer purchases through paypal standard. (sandbox) I get the message that I have paid but when I go back to my account I get the message "Your account has an outstanding balance of £20.00. "Your account has an outstanding balance of £20.00. Please make a payment at your earliest convenience.." Not sure if this is due to something I have done wrong with this package or something wrong with the paypal set up

Need to some if possible Download manager: set up 2 items to download (item 1 + item 2) Universal module: set up a product Packages: set up 2 packages (item 1 + item 2) linked to the universal module Now I am stumped I if select package item 1 and purchase it takes the payment (sandbox) but doesn't do anything else. When I then go to the downloads section I can download item 1 + item 2 instead of just being able to download item 1 I am missing something somewhere

The license is not valid for the installed location. I thought the licence would be attached to the domain but thinking about it further I suppose it needs to be on the directory it was installed on Question is can I change via a file or do I have to get a new one issued?

Hi you missunderstood, I installed it fine manually, it was on 2 other servers (not mine) that it didn't work on. Just thought Blesta should be made aware if it was a problem across the board as that would put potential customers off

Not worried myself as I don't need it but the team might want to be aware. Tried to install it on 2 seperate servers and it throws the error "unable to install" or similar

Well it was flangefrog that suggested I go to /admin/settings/system/staff/edit/1/ and that worked. Logged out logged back in again and the once only password box appeared and logged in ok. When I went to admin/myinfo it wouldn't allow me to set it up it kept coming up with a password not correct I did switch to the google authenticator in the end, rather than android token

What do you guys use for your frontend website, what's popular and works well with Blesta. Template, Wordpress etc etc Or can you use blesta as your frontend?

Hi I am have real trouble setting this up in my info Time based HMAC One time password Two Factor Key: Already supplied One-time Password Downloaded androiid token and scanned bar code. Enter the one time password and I get the password is incorrect, tried loads of times Current password: Using existing login password What am I missing do I need to set it up elsewhere as well? Any help appreciated
