Good evening, I seem to be facing problems. I setup a test account on my Blesta (running latest version) I gave myself £1.99 credit I then went to buy a service for £1.99. Problem is it askes me to enter payment details via credit card. Strangly after about 5 minutes the invoice was closed and my credits had been used to pay it (and the service activated via cpanel module). Is there a way to allow credits to pay instead of requesting payment details (not sure if i have accidently un-ticked a setting or somthing? Question 2- Also if my client requests a free service it still requests payment details but then brings up in-valid guateway (due to it being 0.00) is there anyway to fix it asked for card details?

Good evening, I have just re-installed and setup stripe. I am trying to purchase a package on my blesta for £1.99 using stripe. I have set it up with a test credit card and stripe in test mode. Blesta is returning the error" The gateway could not authenticate. The payment gateway returned an error when processing the request." Does anyone know what this could be? Thanks

Hello Tyson, I have changed both yet still getting the error. Think I'm just going to have to re-install it all

It has the correct root in there I just cant understand the error message :S

I Think Blesta is looking in the /public_html instead of /public_html/client

Hello PHP version 5.3.28 MySQL version 5.1.68-cll-lve Supplier says no errors :/

Good afternoon, I am currently running Blesta on ver 3.2.2 All seemed to be great until my supplier decided to migrate servers. Now when my client goes to buy a service at :- http://www.multi-byte.co.uk/client/order/main/packages/shared/?group_id=1 It works fine until you click the checkout & pay button The page then takes forever to load and comes up with a error 500 Internal sever error. We have tried re-installing the /plugin/order folder aswell as the cpanel module and stripe gateway Also when I got to company> backup and then downlaod backup I also get a 500 error. I have also noticed that in the cron automation the "Provision Paid Pending Services" cron just keeps spinning with no option to clear it (have been waiting nearly 2 hours) I have checked all of my other files everything seems fine and no logs showing errors. Would be great if anyone had any advice, Just a note my supplier seems to thing its Blesta. If you require a demo account to see the fault please reply. Thanks

Thanks very much does it only require one package eg "domain" or does it require .com .co.uk etc
-
How do you setup the packages etc as I have signed up with netearthone as you suggested?
-
There is no free domain reseller for the modules available :s
