  3. Hi, When a ticket is replied by the 1st staff then Blesta should automatically assign that ticket to that staff but instead it keeps on showing it as Unassigned. Thanks.

    Hi, Do you get emails from cron and if yes have you also disabled them ? Do you even check the cron email sent by Blesta every 5 mins ? Thanks.
  5. Hi, I checked the log and it shows nothing from that module. Blesta did unsuspend the service and made it active and also updated the renewal date but it never ran the module to really renew the domain name. Thanks.
  6. Hi, The service package is specified in INR for 1 year. Earlier I was adding the addon as USD for 1 year but now I changed USD to INR but its still not showing when I edit. Any ideas ? Thanks
  7. Hi, A client had a domain's invoice, i recorded the payment and Blesta changed its status from suspended to active, but isn't it suppose to run the module also to renew the domain ? Thanks.
  8. Hi, I have followed the document again and done steps exactly as it says but still the options are not coming. A addon dropdown only appears (which does NOT have the option) when I create the group using Packages > Groups > Create Group > And Choose Type as Add-On Obviously there's something wrong. Please check and clarify. Thanks.

  11. Hi, No its not available when I am editing. I did exactly as you said, I added an Option Group, then I added an option, made that option member of the group. And then in service package I choose that option group as member group for the package. But it does'nt shows up at all while editing the service. Thanks.
  12. Hi, I added a service for client now that client wants a Dedicated IP address. I added that as an option in Packages, but how do I add and charge it to my client ? If I try to edit the service I added earlier (as the IP is linked to it) then i do not see the dedicated IP option. I also do not see any other way to charge it. Thanks.

    Need To Fix Cron

    My setup is a standard setup. I don't know what to tell you, simple blesta running cron every 5 mins. which keeps on sending an email with details. Also cron is some how generating duplicate invoices. For eg. I added a service and also invoiced it while adding. Then added 2 more services and merged their details in the already existing invoice. All fine but cron ran and generated another invoice for the 2 more services i had added and got added into the invoice that got created earlier. Dunno what is happening.

    Hi, Running cron every 5 mins is a very big problem. It keeps on sending email even if no action has been taken etc. It should only send email if there is something generated or some error or something. Thanks.
  16. Hi, It would be useful to have a Admin / Staff Notes textarea available in clients and services so that if there's something that needs to be noted can be done for other admin/ staff to see etc. Thanks.

  18. Hi, I also agree with naja7host that the thing he says should be added. I have 2 currencies INR and USD, but PayPal will only work if client is using USD. So if INR is being used blesta should convert the INR amount to USD and allow client to pay in USD. That is what naja7host is saying. I want this also. Thanks.
