Backend Menu Not Working After Changing Admin Folder

Sounds to me like a cache issue, just go to your file manager to the directory where blesta is installed > cache > you will find a folder named "1". Delete that, and you are done -
1. Here Is what I do, If the client you are trying to add already has an account in your RC account then you don't need to worry. Just Go to add service and remove the tick from 'Provision using the module', Automatically It will sync the accounts and the domain can be managed from you Blesta Installation. 2. If the client does not have an account within RC and you wish to connect his/her account with his domain (The domain is in another persons account). Just go to add service, and this time leave the tick on 'provision using the module' when blesta tryies to register the domain it will create the account in RC but will return an error "The domain has already been registered". From there you can move the domain within RC to the newly created account; and after ward you proceed with first step as I explained earlier. But the above (2) is just my own method. Hope It helps

That's already possible. But the email the client used to send the email should be the same as the one he/she used on his/her account.

I think this page explains It more, http://www.modulesbakery.com/digitalocean-blesta . I don't use it but From what i undestand is you can sell Digitalocean services right from your site; and your customers will be able to manage their VM's right from your website.

If a payment is made for multiple invoices, the invoice numbers gets mentioned in the "Invoice Paid" email. But only the first invoice is attached with the email. From my point of view i think it would be best to attach all invoices if they are mentioned within the email.

Hi, today I just received an order for a single lettter domain , and the order was successfully put. I have disabled selling premium domains but somehow these single letter domains show as available. Using the logic boxes supersite It showed correct "unavailable" Is this an abug or an API issue?

I was doing the change In the Blesta, I created a service using the interworx module. But when I wanted to change the renewal date of the newly created service I got the error "Renew Date Must Be Greater Than Last Renew Date" . The aim was moving a few clients who are currently using cPanel to use Interworx, so all details like renewal date were supposed to remain the same. In this case I failed to keep the renewal dates the same. -

I use the interworx module, I hope blesta removes this limit. As of now I can't proceed with the transfer due to this. @Mike that's a custom module right? Have you solved the issue with it yet or? -
Hi Guys, I just noticed that now If you try to modify an accounts renewal date you are limited to Only adding dates and not reducing. I was doing a manual transfer for some clients from cPanel to Interworx which required adding the service with another package, but we needed the details to remain the same i.e renewal dates. But this seems to be removed in 3.5 B4.

Check you plesk subscriptions, Make sure you have Plesk 11.5 set on the module as still it does not show Plesk 12. If all is ok, try restarting the server. I still have 1 server running on Plesk 12 and It connects all ok with Blesta. And just a question, after activation; does blesta successfully create the client account withing Plesk and fails with the subscription alone?

There Isn't an auto Importer from THT currently, You will have to do It manually or you can hire someone to do it for you (We used Licensecart https://licensecart.com/import). It may sound as a hard thing to do but once you are done you will enjoy the ride.

Thanks guys, that helped clear It for me Just one more thing, With pro-rata disabled, I noticed that If a package charges 4000/month and you want to upgrade it to lets say 3 months (which would be 12000) it gives out -86.96 and does not create an invoice. Is this all normal too? Example ~ the original price was 4000/m for the attachment bellow

I noticed setting a package to use pro-rata and lets say you have periods set to 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 1 year. If you choose from 1year it will calculate the price only for 1 month.. If a person has choose to purchase for 1 year why just give him the price for 1 month? Shouldn't It be "Price for partial month" + "Price for the following month to the 11th"

I had an Interworx server Intergrated with the blesta module before and all seemed to work well before. But today I tried adding another server and It fails to connect. Offline payments does activate automatically as long as the invoice is marked as paid, and from what I remember 0$ invoices will be automatically marked as paid & after the service activated; just check your setting It may be that you have set to manually activate.
