  3. Nope, my first installation was In that directory. It works fine now after just clicking edit and re-saving again. I just changed the titles and all Is well now. I'm not sure of the cause of the problem tho.
  4. Opps, sorry I intended to post that on another post. And I just noted that even after editing the .htaccess Some templates were still sending the wrong url (ie.Invoice created) , I just had to go to edit and re-save the templates. And that did the trick
  5. As @Daniel B said I I have set the path correctly */5 * * * * /usr/bin/php /home/myusername/public_html/billing/index.php cron Where billing Is my directory
  6. I have transfered the tmp directory, chmod it to 777, It's writable, I checked the cron, and It looks fine. It shows that It just ran 5 minutes ago. Checked under automation and everything seems fine. But yet It doesn't work, I tried again manual back up and it didn't work as well as the amazon backup
  7. Hi Paul. I have verified that the path is set correctly and mysqldump runs ok. But yet still the backups are not running. I have also detected that logs are not clearing too.
  8. Worked for me.... I added just the bellow line tho. Thanks a lot. Options +FollowSymlinks -MultiViews RewriteRule ^client/(.*) https://example.com/BLESTA-SUBDIR/client/$1 [R=301,NC,L]
  9. Thats true, I hope we will get a word from Blesta Devs on this. As It was supposed to work without tweaks Thanks, let me give It a try and I will get back to you.
  10. Thanks for the suggestion, I did check that. The root web directory Is set fine /home/myusername/public_html/billing/
  11. The cron url is just fine.. */5 * * * * /usr/bin/php /home/myusername/public_html/billing/index.php cron
  12. I have noticed that emails sent to customers for invoice due notices are sent with wrong url. I have installed blesta in directory domain.com/billing but emails sent have a "Pay Now" link directing to domain.com/clients/pay/method/213/ghfh..... I have checked the payment url in email templates and its set to just {payment_url}. What Is the best way to fix this? Thanks
  13. Any suggestion on what I should do?
  14. @paul , when I try downloading manually It fails as well as offsite backup fails. I tested the connection to amazon and It was successful.
  15. Hi guys, I have been trying to setup backups but no luck. Mysqldump Is installed and I have successfully connected with my amazon S3 Servers. But yet no backups actually run, I have tried setting for 1 hour but no luck. Any Ideas on what could be wrong. Thanks

  17. Thanks a lot naja7host, I have uploaded and activated the plugin successfully, but I have a problem with buttons not showing properly http://prntscr.com/4dy0jr http://prntscr.com/4dy0vf http://prntscr.com/4dy1d8
  18. Is It domain a domain order? If yes, you have to create a single package for each TLD. You can have a look here http://prntscr.com/4dc53f where I have setup for only .me domain. The same goes for others.
