I am on 3.4 I do that save and still the tickets are not merged..... I will try re-uploading the support plugin and see

I had the same issue, I noticed that problem and I had to manually remove all 3rd party plugins > which worked, but I tried returning them one by one and see which one had the problem. It was the admin tools which I noticed. I will try to reproduce the same error on my demo site and give feedback on it

I managed to get It working... thanks @knownhost & @Licensecart All I had to do was restart the server. The command bellow works perfectly, there was no need of specifying the path. "php /var/www/vhosts/mydomain.com/httpdocs/billing/index.php cron"

I have tried this over SSH ... keeps saying user unknown I have tried both but still did not work. The funny thing is I tried executing "/usr/bin/php -q /var/www/vhosts/yatosha.com/httpdocs/billing/index.php cron" from command and It worked fine. Plesk 12, Centos 6.5

That feature is already on the 3.4.0-b1, you can simply disable it from client groups. You can wait for the final 3.4.0 as currently its still in beta

Hi, I have just installed and moved to Plesk 12. I have tried setting the cron but It does not run, the command I use is " /usr/bin/php /var/www/vhosts/yatosha.com/httpdocs/billing/index.php cron " Added In "Scheduled Tasks > root Any idea on how to make this work..? Thanks In Advance..

That has been worked on to some extent, you can enable/disable the TAX ID Field, you can add custom fields which can be optional or mandatory. -
I totally Agree with you @Naja7host and @Paulov , Domain management is an important core feature, currently having some trouble on domains renewal and management as well. I would love to see the Domain manager done @Licensecart , I would love to have the mass mailer, and It's one of the things I miss from my previous Billing system. But that can wait, the domain manager is very important for web hosting business. I sell domains 3x more than I sell hosting, managing/transferring/renewing is pain

That doesn't sound like a Blesta Issue, Unless you change the subdomain/domian only then will it ask for license again. As @Licensecart stated

Talking about VPS's I think Knownhost has the best Managed services. @ OP I would recommend them as It will save you a lot of headaches in the long run.

Add your IP adress to the list of allowed IP's In your reseller club account. Go to settings > API> Then add your server IP

Renewal date on the service? I though the wrong dates were on invoices alone. As in this situation the renewal date is ok. The only problem is that the invoice gets generated too early.

The service was not added on Dec 1, It was added since July 16. The service was set to renew on Dec 31. But unfortunately the invoice got generated even before the 10 days specified on the billing settings and got suspended even before the renewal date.

Hi, I have just noticed that some services are being suspended even before the renewal date. I have noted this for almost 3 clients. The invoice generated shows "Dec 01, 2014 - Dec 31, 2014" Any Idea how or why this is happening? Or a possible way to solve?

This Is weird: I did a 3.3.2 fresh re-install and still got the same problem. But I noticed that I had a copy of the site fpt files and I just replaced and It worked again...
