No. His support manager isn't compatible. We are more interested in extending the support manager that ships with Blesta. https://requests.blesta.com is where you can submit feature requests for the Support Manager for consideration, one feature per request.

Did a CLI installation work for you? White screens of death usually indicate an error of some kind. Even without enabling error reporting in /config/blesta.php (since it doesn't exit) you should be able to configure php.ini to write errors to a log file. I'd be interested to see what your php error log and httpd logs look like for those requests.

Did you try disabling the cron, and running it manually via CLI? Maybe there's an error preventing completion?

For everyone else who might stumble on this thread. We recommend creating an overrides css file, call it something like overrides.css and load it in /app/views/client/bootstrap/structure.pdt after all the other styles. Then, add the style you want to overwrite, like the one above, changing the colors or other attributes.

Welcome! There's not a cPanel account importer unfortunately, it's something that I'd love to build at some point. You can add existing cPanel accounts to Blesta manually by doing the following: On a client profile page, click "Create Service" Select your cPanel Package and uncheck the "Use Module" option. You probably want to select NOT to invoice as well. Once it's added, go back and click the Manage link, enter the cPanel domain name (uncheck "Use Module" again). You may also need to set the next renew date under Manage with the "Change Renew Date" option Then, just repeat for each one. So, it's some work if you have a lot of accounts, but you could move people gradually as there is time.

Your CLI and Web environments must be different. php -i | grep php.ini For the location to the CLI php.ini. Make sure ioncube is loaded from the CLI PHP, then check with: php -i | grep ionCube

I'm not able to duplicate this on CentOS 7, PHP 7 on Chrome 56.

You tested GoGetSSL and it was unable to connect with their API? Credentials correct? Not a firewall issue? Anything in the module log? (Tools > Logs > Module)

Did you remove the directories mentioned in the blog post if upgrading? ~/helpers/date ~/helpers/form ~/helpers/html ~/helpers/javascript ~/helpers/pagination ~/helpers/xml Not sure if that will help or not, but worth a shot.

There is one someplace. You may need to ask your host if any functions are disabled in your PHP. The only other thing I can think of is to check that the paths defined under Settings > System > General are correct, though I don't see why it would affect this. It is acting like it can't read those directories and files. Do you have another hosting account you can test this on?

In plugins/order/views/templates/ do you have an ajax, standard, and wizard directory, containing files an directories within? It's almost as if these directories do not exist, as the plugin tries to read from the file system to find and display them. Do you have any PHP functions disabled in php.ini disabled_functions? Are the directories readable?
