Nice! And just FYI, we also accept all these same coins through our coinpayments.net gateway. The future is crypto.

OK, please PM me your license key + IPv4 & IPv6 address. That's most likely the issue.
-
Is it on a cloud hosting service, or is there multiple web servers behind a NAT/load balancer? If so, your IP may be different when you login again. With your license key, I can check what the IP/domain/server path are, then you can re-issue and we can see if it changes or stays the same. Another possibility is if you have an IPv4 and IPv6 address, we may need to add the second one manually.

I think you were typing when I posted Quick question for you. Are you running 4.2? And if so, does it show the correct path to your PHP 7.1 binary under Settings > System > Automation? We made a change that should more intelligently display the right path to PHP.. curious how good of a job we did on that in your environment.

Aaaaaand.. it's gone! Crypto correction, markets down massively in the past couple days. On second hand, maybe it's an opportunity to buy more.

If this is still an issue, please create a ticket or PM me the license key.

It sounds like your CLI version of PHP is missing Ioncube or at least the right version of Ioncube. It's possible you are executing a PHP 5.6 binary in your cron command. You may need to find the correct path to your PHP 7.1 binary and update your cron job to use the correct path.

You opened a ticket and we have been communicating there. It appears not to affect all of your services, just ones that are provisioned after a pending service is created, but before it's corresponding invoice is created. So that the provision paid pending automation tasks doesn't think there is an invoice for the service. You had a 3 second delay between service creation, and invoice creation, and the automation task running in the middle of that. When looking at some of our own order data from live and test systems, services and invoices are created during the same second, almost at exactly the same time. Since you have a fairly significant delay between service and invoice generation, this is more likely to happen. I have created a task so that we can investigate further and determine the best solution. In the meantime, I would suggest either decreasing how often your provision task runs, or investigate why there is such a big delay between service and invoice creation. Slow systems? Events that are being triggered and taking time to run? I'm not sure why there is such a delay between these actions, but I'm not able to replicate it in our environments.

You shouldn't install Blesta in the root of your domain, all resources are routed through index.php. The only exception is if you are using something like Blesta CMS that makes a CMS out of Blesta for that purpose. Otherwise, you should install Blesta in a sub-directory (ie domain.com/blesta/), or a subdomain. (ie blesta.domain.com). You can't have other HTML files mixed in with your Blesta install.

Version 4.2.1 is now available. Please see the announcement. This is a patch release that corrects issues with 4.2.0. Be sure to run /admin/upgrade after uploading the patch or full versions. This resolves several issues, but we strongly recommend applying this patch if you are running 4.2.0 and have pro rata enabled for any of your packages. It resolves an issue where invoices for renewing services may, under certain circumstances, be incorrect. Patching Blesta See Patching Blesta in the User Manual for instructions. Release Notes See Blesta Core - Version 4.2.1. See all Change Logs.

I hadn't heard about that with TrustPilot, but I definitely have with the BBB (Better Business Bureau) in the US. They called me up on the phone and basically said that they take care of negative reviews when you have a paid plan, or something of the sort.. the impression I got was that you had to grease the wheels for a positive-er result. Decided right then I'd never give them a cent.
-
I would recommend using kdiff or another program to compare the templates. I'm not aware of any really big changes, but using kdiff you can compare and see everything that's different and merge in your customizations.

The installer is launched if no /config/blesta.php config file is detected. The distribution does not contain this file, it's created during install. When you upgrade and upload the new files, this file should remain. If not then you may have deleted everything first, and uploaded, rather than just uploading. Make sure to restore the /config/blesta.php config file before trying again. Don't delete anything, just overwrite existing files.
-
Just FYI it's /admin/upgrade for GUI upgrader not /admin/settings/system/upgrade Glad you got up and running!
-
Look in the "contacts" table where client_id matches the client ID as displayed in the URL. contact_type should NOT be "primary", or you'll end up deleting your client and not the contact.

It sounded like this issue, but if you're running 4.1.2, then it's probably different. I just don't fully understand what's happening. Unless, this is because the billing overview widget is counting invoices that are created from proforma because they are paid. For example, you have a proforma invoice, today it is paid, so it counts as being invoiced today?

After the first time, it's not doing anything. b2 was the last time a database migration was added, so 4.2.0-b2 is the version stored in the database, which is expected.
-
You know, this might be pulled from the database. Check the gateways table, where gateways.class="paypal_payments_standard". Change the gateways.name column.
-
Please see for a fix. We are planning to release a 4.2.1 patch soon, likely this week.
-
The gateway sets those, so check the language files within the gateway under ~/app/components/gateways/nonmerchant/paypal_payments_standard.
-
Did you disable one time payments within the PayPal settings? Settings > Company > Payment Gateways > PayPal? If you disable it, and the invoice doesn't have all recurring items, then no button will appear.

You can change it from /client/ to /somethingelse/, but you can't make it appear at the root of the directory, which is where the portal loads by default.
