    Blesta?

We wanted something that in itself did not really have any meaning, but which sounded uplifting. Think "blessed". We wanted to build a brand around a name that wouldn't be confused for anything else. Also, consider this.. blesta ble sta sta ble stable Color is used only for effect. When people think of Blesta, we want them to think about how stable it is.
  2. I'm pretty sure there is a login link that you can use when clicking the cpanel service row now, under both the staff and client interfaces. Clicking it should log you into the users cPanel assuming the password on file (encrypted in the database) is correct. We will be adding additional functionality to the cPanel module over time.
  3. Do you mean logging in as a client, or logging in to a control panel for a service, such as is possible with a cPanel service?

    Contact Types?

    Yep, anything you like.

    Contact Types?

When you add a contact to a client, it must have an account type set. By default, there is a "Billing" type, but under Settings > Company > General > Contact Types you can add more. The purpose is primarily internal use to identify certain contacts. For example, a primary support contact, or emergency contact. In the future, when we enable the ability for contacts to login, it may have an ACL attached to restrict their access within the client area.
  6. Custom priorities and statuses are planned for a future update to the Support Manager plugin.

    Cpanel 11.38

Nope, it's all about improved backups, SSL, and jailshell. Still, some nice improvements.

    Cpanel 11.38

SNI support is pretty cool, though it doesn't work on CentOS 5.x, which most people are probably running. Glad to hear they are improving SSL and backups though.
  9. We can probably do something like that. The reason the alpha developers have that title though is because we had to manually move them to a group with permissions to see the alpha forums, where as you guys had instant access to beta when you signed up. So, I'll need to figure that out.. but hey, if it gives you guys a reason to stick around on the forums post-release to show off your special titles then hey, why not?

    Interworx

Oh no way! I didn't know that, bummer.

    New Forums :d

That would be really cool, especially for access to special customer only forums. I wonder if there is an API command to change someones user group in IPboard.

    New Forums :d

No problem! Try to keep beta specific discussion in the beta forums, but feel free to use these when appropriate.. including feature requests that would be post release, that way others will be able to view them when we make these forums live on the main site.
  13. Very nice, thanks for the contribution!
