When you invoice daily and bill say 5 days in advance, it will actually create multiple invoices right away to "catch up". Not necessarily at the time of order, but I think the following day. For example, today is the 18th and say I bill 5 days in advance. Normally services that renew on the 23rd are invoiced today. So, an invoice would be generated on the 18th, 19th, 20th, etc to the 23rd (which is 5 days). Then after that, just 1 invoice per day will be generated. It has to catch up since you bill so many days in advance.

We may add third party two factor services in the future, but we went through the effort to create our own TOTP and MOTP libraries based on the open standards because a self contained system is by nature more secure.. plus, it's free. Perhaps a more modular system, by which third party developers can create different OTP options, and drop them into Blesta would be ideal. There will undoubtedly be more and more options available over time.

That's correct. Most people will set term to 1, and period to month. Some people may prefer to bill every 30 days instead of 1 month, so with our flexible options that is possible. But, if you want to invoice the customer daily, you can certainly do so -- they might not be very happy about that though. When creating a package, you can also set the option Cancel at end of term. This option will automatically cancel any services created from the package after the end of the term ordered.

Have you had a trial on that subdomain before? Not sure why it would give an error, but since Softaculous installs with a trial key, if you already had a trial key for that hostname it would cause Blesta to prompt you to enter a valid key. That shouldn't create an error in Softaculous though I don't think. Have you tried contacting their support? I do see quite a few trial licenses issued through Softaculous today and yesterday that activated fine, so it probably doesn't affect everyone. Interesting.

Doesn't sound like a Blesta error, anyone else having trouble installing 3.2 through Softaculous?

I think it's better if they don't look identical, because then you can easily tell which is the staff and which is client areas.

haha, it looks so much like WHM/cPanel. Nice work!
-
If it reports 3.1.3, the files have not all been overwritten.

It reminds me of a candy cane. It's hard to make a theme that looks terrible, and that's kind of what I like about this contest. Lots of interesting themes to look at! Even if this one won't be very popular, nice work and thanks for sharing!

Are there any functions excluded via your php.ini file? TCPDF is pretty stand-alone, except for utilizing GD when necessary. Haven't heard of anyone else having this issue who had GD working.

I would test them, and if they work then you're probably fine. Often times extension upgrades do not alter the database, so performing the upgrade has virtually no affect besides making the system recognize the new version. If it does alter the database, well then you're likely to get errors.
-
You want to manually upgrade extensions? lol
-
Check that all plugins, gateways, and modules have been upgraded in the settings. It may not have been able to upgrade one of them, based on that indicator. Your core should be fine. 3.2 attempts to upgrade all extensions that need upgrading so that you don't have to do so manually any longer.

Yes, go into Packages > Groups, click on the group to expand it, then drag-n-drop the packages within the group to sort them.

Are you using v2 of the cPanel Extended module? http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/1254-cpanel-extended-module/ It was updated for Blesta 3.2 compatibility.
-
I believe the task was CORE-894? If so, it only affects creating new order forms. So, if you upgraded it's unlikely you would be affected.
-
It's safe to leave it, but there's no harm in deleting it either.
-
Under Packages > Order Forms > Settings, set one of your order forms as the default. It will then appear when clicking the order button within the portal.

Blesta 3.2 includes a feature that allows you to import and export themes. You can share your themes! We wanted to hold a contest. Participants are competing for 2 $50 Amazon.com gift cards. If you win, we'll need a valid email address to send the gift card. A winner will be chosen by the community for a staff area theme, and a client area theme and a $50 Amazon gift card will be awarded for each. The winning themes will be included in the next release of Blesta. We will narrow down the submissions to the top 5 or 10 in each category, and the community will vote on them. Rules Create 1 thread per staff or client theme in this forum, include screenshots and the theme file and a NAME for the theme. You may enter up to THREE staff and THREE client theme officially into the contest, however you may post as many themes as you want for feedback/discussion and select your best staff and client themes when you are ready. To enter your theme into the contest, reply to your thread indicating you want to enter it and click the "Mark Solved" button. All submissions must be received by Sunday July 20th at 11:59:59pm pacific time (UTC-7) On July 21st, we will review and select the top entries. We will create two polls, one for client and one for staff themes. The community will vote on the best themes. We will let the poll run for about a week, and announce the winners. How to Create Themes Make sure you're running Blesta 3.2. Go to Settings > Company > Look and Feel > Themes Create your own Staff or Client themes under the Staff or Client tab Click Export!

I like dark themes, nice!
-
Yes, when we add a text area for style overrides in the theme section, it will export and import with the themes.

If that was your ticket in the queue for a dev license this morning, I have issued it and you'll get an email with the license key.
