Support emails are under Settings > Company > Emails, under "Plugins" as it's a plugin. Look for templates in this section labeled "Support Manager".

Welcome! We are glad you are here!

Yeah, that's correct. All of these extensions would be able to be listed on the marketplace, and free ones could be installed and upgraded easily. There's a lot to the marketplace, and I wish it were already completed but we have so much on our plate.
-
There are things that are better implemented as an extension, and others better implemented into the core. In general, we prefer adding something as an extension, especially if it's not something everyone will want or need. And, if we implemented everything people in the community contributed, then they would stop contributing.

For order notifications, go to Billing, then click the cog/gear icon in the order widget window. If the Orders widget doesn't appear here, then you need to install the widget. Click Manage Widgets on the left, and drag it from the right to the left side to add it.

If you mean an installation guide for Blesta, sure! Docs and a video for that are here -- http://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Installing+Blesta

You probably want to update the language for the payment gateway under components/gateways/nonmerchant/offline/language/en_us/offline.php. Be sure to edit and save the file as UTF-8.

If you move your installation directory, don't forget to re-issue your license key in the client area. If it's a trial, PM me the trial key after you move it and I'll do the re-issue for you.
-
I sent you a new trial key via PM. The problem is that we only allow a trial key to be issued to a domain once (in an undisclosed period of time). "localhost" usually, is the first to go. So, as Mike stated, you can edit your hosts file and use a domain/subdomain you own and point it to 127.0.0.1, or you can request a new trial key from us directly. We have to do this to prevent people from getting new trial keys every 30 days and using Blesta for free forever. The key I PM'd you, should work.

It's not abandoned, Proxmox ships with Blesta. We'll be circling back to it and making some changes in the future. Are you waiting on some changes discussed in this thread?
-
I have changed the title back.

It probably retained your WHMCS client ID's during the import, which is to be expected.

It sounds like the cPanel server specified for the package is missing. Did you delete a server under Settings > Company > Modules > cPanel? If so, update your packages so that they reference a server group or a different server that actually exists.

Service search searches service fields which are not encrypted. You are correct in that smart search does not include service fields.. we had a discussion about this internally, and it was an argument of speed vs completeness.

[Blesta Bookmarks Plugin] - Comming Really Soon :p
Paul replied to PauloV's topic in The Marketplace
Nice work! -
Looks like this is resolved, but just to add.. the reason the lines are commented out by default is that we'd get a lot more complaints about things not working if we forced SSL out of the box. Everyone should use SSL for their Blesta installations, but many do not, or they set it up after installation is completed.

Hi @mydigitalcontractor! Is this still an issue for you? In Blesta there is only 1 cron job, and everything automated is scheduled in Blesta under Settings > Company > Automation. Ticket piping doesn't rely on the cron at all, but if you're using POP or IMAP, then it will. Ticket piping settings are available in Blesta under Support > Departments. Create or edit a department, and select Piping for email handling. Then, create a forwarder in cPanel to send mail to the path specified in "Piping Configuration". If you have trouble with this, you can set up an actual mailbox, and select POP or IMAP instead, and enter those details. Blesta will then check the mail box every 5 minutes and look for tickets to create. mailparse is required for email ticket handling, so just ensure that's present in your PHP.
-
Mike is right, if the bill date is in the future, then Blesta will not deliver it to the client and the client can't see it. This is more of a feature where you can invoice people now and have it automatically send out in the future.

[Template] Professional Client Side -Admin Lte-
Paul replied to Blesta Addons's topic in The Marketplace
very, very different, nice work! -
Najahost is correct, you must disable safe mode. Safe mode is deprecated in PHP 5.3, and removed in PHP 5.4 and shouldn't be used anyway.
-
What version of Blesta? Can anyone else duplicate the issue?

I believe that underlying support for the ability of clients to belong to more than one company exists (Or at least, a client login working for multiple client accounts across companies), however, there is more work involved in handling this. So, it's something we anticipated, but haven't had many requests for. I'm not sure I understand the parent/child company relationship that you describe, or whether that's something that's even feasible in the current architecture. I suppose I'd need some real-world examples of how such relationships between companies would play out.

Just so we're sure which ones you're talking about, can you link to their websites? We currently have support for Bitpay for bitcoin payments. The Bitpay payment gateway is included with Blesta and you can activate it under Settings > Company > Payment Gateways.
-
Maybe you can convince them to add support for Blesta. I've had a ticket open with them for many months, and they promise it'll be soon, but so far nothing has happened.

This is assigned to CORE-1148, and tentatively assigned to 3.3 but it may be pushed back.
