Welcome Samuel! Heya, are you a spammer?

Thanks! CORE-2210

It seems like the error occurs when Blesta is trying to create the user and it looks like the email address is surrounded in other characters. First check that you're running Blesta 3.6.1, and the version of Multicraft that was included in that release (Not downloaded from the forums or anywhere else) Then, double check that the email address for that client does not have anything before or after the address. Re-uploading all of the files as suggested would be a good idea, but make sure to back up everything first.

Which notifications? Virtually all language is stored in a language file. If the language is part of a module or plugin, it would be in the language directory for that extension. Otherwise, search the files in the /language/en_us/ directory. Once you find the definition, you can change it and save the file.

What I would like to do is show pending orders in the client area so they can see the status of their order. On average we're talking 2.5 minutes from the time payment arrives and an order is provisioned. If they can see that their order is about to be activated, it will help a lot.

How was Blesta installed if there was no FTP access?

Have you made any progress on this? If you want to create static files in the same directory as Blesta (Not advised) you will have to modify the .htaccess file so that it does not redirect those URI's to index.php. Or, you can remove the .htaccess file entirely. We highly suggest installing Blesta in a subdomain or sub-directory from your main site. So, maybe you have Blesta at /billing/ and then it frees up /contact/, etc for your website.

Really weird. If the file type was changed during upload, it might make sense to re-upload the files using SFTP (FTP over SSH), which tends not to modify the files in any way.

What are the permissions and ownership for the .htaccess file? Do you have the free or paid litespeed? I believe the free one does not support mod_rewrite rules.

The menu is click activated, but will stay active as you hover from one primary nav element to another until you click again. Shouldn't be a problem on mobile devices.

Wow, because we donated a few dollars to you? We gave you some money as a thank you for contributing to the community with no expectation of anything in return. If influence is so easy to buy, maybe we should "donate" more often to more people. Thanks for sharing. It seems like they also removed that post by lonea.. where you quoted a "hack job"... really... I kind of wish that were still up there so I could respond. Sure seems he is out to get us, and I'm not surprised since he makes money from whmcs.. he shouldn't be allowed to post negative things about us given that fact. All I ask for is honesty, whether a good review or a bad review, if it's honest that's all that matters. When we don't get things right, we want to know about it so we can improve.

CORE-2063 for reference, has been completed for v4.0

The menu does not currently support multi-level. We would be open to considering a feature request for plugins to support this, but we would never use it ourselves. I feel sort of like if I need a nested menu, that I've failed at UX design. We want to keep things as simple as possible, which is ironically, the reason we didn't have a drop down menu at all to start with.

I think you have the ticket open right? And you somehow lost or deleted all your email templates? You need to do a fresh install under a different database, and export the SQL for the "emails" table, then import it into the original database. You can do this with PHPMyAdmin most easily.

Have Something Nice To Say About Blesta? We Need Testimonials.
Paul replied to Paul's topic in The Lounge
I think he's joking. We aren't going to use a testimonial from ourselves. (I would consider using a testimonial from Bill Lang though, but not Terry Bull) -
Currently On Whmcs - Considering Going With Blesta
Paul replied to SSy's question in Pre-Sales Questions
I don't believe there is anything sent over the API that tells WHM/cPanel whether or not to apply the LVE limits. CL is suppose to do this automatically, so there may be a bug with CL or cPanel, or with your particular installation. -
Currently On Whmcs - Considering Going With Blesta
Paul replied to SSy's question in Pre-Sales Questions
You need to create an order form under Packages > Order Forms, and add the package groups you want to offer to it. Under the "Settings" tab on Packages > Order, you can set which order form should be the "default", which is the one that will load when you go to /order/ One other tip is that under Billing, you should have the "Orders" widget. Click the cog/gear icon in the upper right and you can subscribe to order notification emails. -
Currently On Whmcs - Considering Going With Blesta

1. Yes, orders can be automatically approved and provisioned. This is part of an Automation task (Settings > Company > Automation) that runs as part of the cron. 2. I am not aware of any issues with CloudLinux or CageFS limits. I'd suggest downloading 3.6.1 and installing the free trial, and giving it a spin. (Just select free trial when prompted for a license key) If you have any questions or run into any issues, we can help. -
hm, ya, your department is going to have to be unique. That explains it.

Did you change the ticket email templates at all? Settings > Company > Emails Looks like some kind of loop, very odd.
-
Is this just for support ticket related emails? See my post on piping in this thread - http://www.blesta.com/forums/index.php?/topic/6476-email-piping/
-
Do you have support@ set up as a forwarder to pipe to pipe.php? See https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Support+Manager#SupportManager-email-pipingEmailPiping If yes, check the following: Is pipe.php executable? It should be 755. You can run "chmod +x pipe.php" to make it executable. Does pipe.php have a hashbang on the 1st line? It should look something like the following but be your actual path to PHP #!/usr/local/bin/php -q

Do you have something nice to say about Blesta? We need some testimonials that we can use. 1-3 sentences is good, with name & company. For example: If it's good, we may just use it on the website Feel free to post in this thread, PM me, or email me directly at sales. Thank you!
