It would be nice to allow using markdown or styling html in the offline gateway description . as now it show only text and break lines.
that way we can show a notice message, alert boxes or even if some bootstrapped message .
You sure that's right? Here in Australia (GST is 10%)
Inclusive would be:
Subtotal $3.00
GST Portion (10%): $0.30
Total: $3.00
Exclusive would be:
Subtotal: $2.40
GST Portion (10%): $0.24
Total: $2.64
In your example you tell me 20% of £3 is £0.60 but it also tells me 20% of £2.40 is $0.60 and it's not, it's £0.48.
EDIT: If the Blesta developers want someone from Australia that has a good understanding of Australian taxation I'll stick my hand up. Sales tax really shouldn't be that complicated though you've done the hard part in appeasing for cascading taxes it's just now a matter of straightening it out in my opinion.
So if the package price is £2.40, is the following correct?
Inclusive
Subtotal: £3.00
Total: £3.00
Including VAT @20%: £0.60
Exclusive
Subtotal: £2.40
VAT @20%: £0.60
Total: £3.00
Either way, the customer pays £3.00. You just show the tax inclusive in the total or exclusive not in the total?
I think you want these options under the "Service" area instead of the "Package" area. Where you entered these, they should appear when creating/editing the Package, but the service area will be shown to customers during checkout.
Hello Sir.
the payment is already accepted and applied to your account. it was a issue with upgrading subscription that affected all pending upgrade services not only you .
it was fixed today, and it should now your package has been switched . your ticket is also responded .
i don't know what you mean exactly !! it seem your ticket has 10days old !
Depends how many customers you have, you could go into your WHMCS install and make sure every customer has a last name, or you could edit the code of the import to add something eg a period in the last name if the value is "" or null.
I think it's a backup of just your database so you would just import it into your database. You could do that in PHPMyAdmin or whatever way you access your database.
Make sure to run a backup of everything before you attempt this.
this depend on wich registrar was activated in whmxx . blesta does not support all registrar now, but the most used one are already has a module in blesta .
