    Merge Tickets

In the video they don't belong to the same client. Is the issue primarily that you can't merge tickets that do not belong to a client into a client ticket? Essentially assign an unassigned ticket to a client?

  6. when that comes all you'll have to do is install a plugin and then the module for the domain registrar from what I make out of it. As it's going to be a domain management plugin and every registrar module will be re-coded to the new system.

  7. MariaDB 10.1 works fine I used it, you can use 10.2 as-well.

  8. You can resell domains with Namecheap via the module on Blesta but you have to get a api account with them. As for Logicboxes: - ResellerClub (EIG) - NetEarthOne - ResellBiz are the ones I know, but there's loads.

    BlestaForums Development

Today I've been sorting a social network section and ready for expansion (new database table). I've also sorted the mobile views and fixed the Add user page on the admin area. My Account: Profile: Username: Your username. Client Groups: Your client group on Blesta. User title: Member title / User title you set. Customer since: The date you joined the Blesta installation as a client. Twitter / Facebook: These sections show up if there's a setting value. It links to the facebook / twitter profiles. Status: This is shown to just staff, it's the status of the client account ( Active: Green / Inactive: Orange / Fraud: Red ) Users who have an account: Add Users via Admin (This is good if you are adding staff users to a client account): Please note the admin area won't really be needed soon when staff don't need a client account, and they can just create an account and then link it up to their admin account via the frontend. 3rd March update: You can now hide your signature when you post a thread or comment: Huge thank you to @dweiruk for helping me test the Alpha and helping me crunch a few bugs on the user side ready for the beta.

  11. @Lampard The wire transfer fee is only charged for international bank transfers outside of the EU. If you have an account in the EU, then bank settlements are free (for example with Revolut, N26, Monzo, or many other options you can get an EU account free of charge). Coinpayments does not offer fiat settlements. If you want to keep your customer payments in cryptocurrencies and withdraw them to your own wallet - we have you covered and it does not cost extra.

  12. Hello guys, thank you for the comments and questions. @MineHarvest66 Aswering your questions below: We as of yet do not serve the U.S. registered companies due to certain regulatory issues, since we're based in Europe; however, we do offer our services to the rest of the world (except sanctioned countries). In terms of the actual bank transfers, we are able to settle in Euros globally (transfers within Europe are free of charge, international wires are 50 Euro per wire) and we have additional payout options such as AdvCash. Any payments made with cryptocurrencies are automatically converted to Fiat based on the real time rate, and thus we protect merchants from the risk of any price volatility. Keeping bitcoins is also possible though! Most of our merchants opt for automatic weekly payouts, but we can also issue payouts on demand, i.e. transfer funds within 24 hours of request. With our system, to receive Fiat settlements, merchants are required to pass verification by uploading an ID document, business registration document and business address proof. If bitcoins are chosen as the payout method, then verification is not necessary 98% of the time (our compliance may request verification in some cases). @CyberHour The feedback front in the crypto-world is a double-edged sword. Most of our competitors, including Bitpay, have switched off customer reviews on Facebook. Coinpayments has a somewhat lower rating of 3.3, so we are happy to remain transparent and try to improve to the best of our ability based on the feedback we receive there. In any case, since you pointed out our competitors, we're a bit different to both Coinpayments and Bitpay. Coinpayments has a great variety of coins supported and is perhaps the first gateway out there, but they still do not offer fiat settlements and their payment interface may not be up to everyone's liking. Bitpay only supports Bitcoin, they charge end-customers a transaction fee, and they have also enforced BIP70 recently making it impossible (or rather very complicated) to send a payment without a compatible wallet, and sending from exchanges is not possible whatsoever. We are proud of our intuitive and simple user experience, transparent pricing without hidden margins added to end customers, as well as the timely customer support we offer. Customers are able to pay with 40+ cryptocurrencies, while merchants have settlement options both in fiat and in crypto. Our relationship with technical services in particular is very good, and we serve a big bunch of WHMCS merchants, which led us to also develop an integration for Blesta. I am hopeful this information will be helpful and if any other questions come up please respond here or send a message to support@coingate.com. Vilius @ CoinGate

  17. I admit that this new GDPR law is almost insane and it will be very hard for companies to meet all the requirements at 100%. But at least here on this forum Im not interested in discuss politics. I just know that is a law that will be in effect soon and that busines must meet in order not to be fined. So to the Blesta team: please continue the GDPR work and try to make Blesta as compliant as possible.
