It doesn't actually try to run the migrations (database queries) again. The path should be removed though, CORE-2520. Will look into displaying a message that it has already been upgraded or similar.

Thats why i have to use wget command for Cron. Clear! cron run the CLI ioncube. Replaced the files (4.1.2), we shall see this fix this email issue or not. There is no another Blesta installed. But yes, i moved Blesta and followed your tutorials. Well the system sent the payment notice but i cannot find it in the database. Checked by phpmyadmin. SMTP server show its sent. But this invoice not exist. We shall see, if i experience problem like this.

If you're running PHP 7.0, you need to use the 3 files in the php7-hotfix directory that's included in the Blesta zip file. If you can log into Blesta now though, I suspect you are running a different version of PHP for CLI vs your web server. They should be the same. If the web server is running PHP 5.6, and your CLI is 7.0, try locating your PHP 5.6 binary and running it with that instead.

Blesta 4.1.2 with the core cPanel module (no modifications) A new cPanel account was added manually for 6 months and we use the pro rata feature. We did not generate the invoice but had the confirmation email sent. In the system after it was added, it showed Dec 1, 2017 as the renewal date instead of June 1, 2018. My guess is that Blesta wants to invoice the service on Dec 1 because an invoice was not generated at the time the service was added and this is not right.

a simple fix, removing the requireLogin() from admin_tickets controller to the main support_manager_controller resolve the issue .

Gotcha, so we are talking about manual activation. In that case, whether the the parent or addon is paid for does not matter. Activating a service in the admin interface only considers the service being activated and not its children. An option to activate children along with the parent does seem useful (though I don't think it should be the default behavior). Perhaps just a checkbox on the activation page for whether to activate children as well.
