    Please contact your provider with both hostnames so Blesta can ensure the license has both hostnames on.

    You are right . I have found a empty hostname . I dont know if it was from the first time or the client has changed it !! Any way fixed and all things are fine now in suspension email alert.

    i have tested in my test server, and the service name is shown correctly . but not sur what happen with @activa ! maybe he has a wrong service name or empty service hostname.
