Don't set up the cron or run the cron manually until you're ready. Blesta will back bill for services that should have been billed when the cron wasn't running, so we suggest making a transition relatively quickly. If you don't you may wish to manually change service renew dates to ensure that they are correct. If you did an import in Jan for example, and a service has a renew date of Jan 15, then when the cron runs it will produce multiple invoices to "catch up" to today.

You send an e-mail to your customer that you assigned a server to them, and that they can login to the Blesta client panel to provision it. They should already have the login for that, if they placed the initial order through Blesta...

The plugin schedules services that are suspended to be cancelled. The 1st setting determines how long a service has been suspended, before it is scheduled to be cancelled. The 2nd setting determines what the scheduled cancellation date will be. The core performs the cancellation, but the plugin schedules it. Without the Auto Cancel plugin, services cannot be scheduled for cancellation automatically.

We got the email around 2am, and reissued and responded at 8:30am.

Just to clarify, the auto cancel plugin simply scheduled services for cancellation. Services scheduled for cancellation are cancelled automatically by the core.

You should probably change that to BlestaCMS has been released and not just Blesta

Thanks for the help, i have managed to fix it, i just re uploaded v4 and now and all up and running now.

BlestaCMS 1.2.2 has been released, you can download the patch files and apply them and click upgrade. Upgrading two companies caused an issue where the 2nd company showed the home page of the 1st. Fixed categories content which wasn't being translated to the correct language. - Thanks to @timnboys for the first bug extermination.

If you want to work with the native cpanel module i suggest cpanel reloaded we are using it , is free and you can back to shipped cpanel module when you want . Other module can not let you back to cpanel core module , contact @Blesta Addons they can customize it to your need . also blesta has disabled the option to change modules in v4, so be carrefull with your decision, we have a bad story about switching module, now we have hired blesta addons to convert our services using old third party plugin to a shipped plugins .

If you mean: "Cancel Service Changes Days After Due" that's only changes if someone upgrades something and doesn't pay after ___ it will be cancelled and reverted if I read the ? probably. If you mean "Allow Clients to Cancel Services" that allows clients to cancel services. The Auto cancel plugin will cancel services / invoices when they aren't paid. You can disable the credit card if you aren't using it.
