  6. Per https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/License+Manager a status of "unknown" means the license data does not exist or is corrupt. Regarding RSA keys, those should be generated for each license that is created within Blesta. I'm assuming you've installed both the License Manager plugin and License Module and have create a Package using the license module, and added a service with the Package? In which case, there should be a public key that can be fetched.
