You can create invoices with a future bill date. They will be held as "pending" invoices until that date rolls around, and then they'll show up as a standard invoice and be delivered if the option is checked.1 point

Quick answer is no. Each module is unique, so any solution to move from one to another would also be unique. An attempt to generalize a mapping between any module and any other module could be done, but that seems sketchy at best, and custom changes would still likely be necessary.1 point

No. This is a potential security risk. I could open a ticket spoofed as anyone and possibly trick staff into making changes to their account. This is also a possibility with email tickets, but companies are not required to accept tickets via email.. and if they don't, only authenticated users can open tickets. Yes, this is planned.1 point

You can't sadly change the create date without editing the database but you can change the renewal date by managing the service after saving it.1 point
