It depends. If you have an owned license and the affiliate comes out after and it needs a base version which is higher (like the mass mailer will work only on 4.0.0+ because it uses the new framework then yes you need to renew expired support and updates). Otherwise you can just upload the plugin to your installation and it will work as normal.

Yes, this is the case with all modules that implement a suspend and cancel option, and I assume this one does as well. (You need to install the Auto Cancel plugin to cancel suspended services automatically though https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Auto+Cancel) Probably not, at least not without removing it from everyone by modifying the module. We are planning to allow certain management options that modules implement be permissions based on the Package level in the future though.

Another update for fellow customers and new visitors, CyanDark is going to be working on a target of March 2017 for our CMS, so we have added a few features of 1.3.0 into it to make it well worth the wait. We will also be offering a monthly tier as we have been asked for it, however it would work out cheaper to buy the Owned license but it's there if you can't afford $100 straight away.
