  3. You could, but honestly most people will want to keep it on. You can always unapply payments to edit an invoice, and then re-apply after you edit the invoice. In the other thread, you wanted to re-send an invoice. You can manually resend without editing it. Merchant gateways charge specific invoices, so had that been an Authorize.net charge, you would not have had that issue.

  4. That should only happen if there is no invoice or transaction has not been applied to any invoices,so if invoice exist and transaction is linked to it but amount is not applied than you may want to check settings-->automation-->Apply Payments to Open Invoices..and make sure cron is running

    We used Hugo, a static site generator for www.blesta.com and I'm really happy with it. Static HTML, however you build it, is going to be fast and secure.

  6. I want to add desktop notifications to the ticket system, and re-organize it a bit so you can more easily see tickets assigned to you. This might be preferable to email notifications of unanswered tickets.. improving the UI, and possibly doing something with desktop notifications.

  7. I abandoned all CMS, and just went with plain old html5, with my IDE to perform my page content edits. Performance is better, and much less overhead.

  8. Hello - I am using the Support Portal plugin and have a quick question, is there something to enable administration notifications that a ticket had been sitting for X amount of days? Something that sends an email reminder to the Staff person it is assigned to in order to remind them they have a ticket in their queue? I have an employee who constantly forgets to reply to tickets after assigning them to himself and they often go unnoticed by others, would be nice if I could set it to "nag" if 24 hours has passed or something. Thanks in advance.

Thanks, but the Support Manager is already a plugin and this request is something that should really be baked in as default functionality to help improve engagement and turn around time with support. Right now it is not a huge factor for me to need something developed for it. I will wait to see if @Paul and the guys can work this into V4 or maybe update the plugin itself, if not I may reach back out. Thanks.

  13. The issue here is do you want Quality work or rushed work. Blesta are a small team who know how Blesta likes their software to be coded, audited by themselves and ensure it reaches the end users quality needs. You can hire any tom dick or harry to produce anything but it could be rushed, bad quality and security prone. Low cost / out-sourced isn't always the best option.

Due to the full rewrite and the huge fix we have added to this gateway, we have decided to make it paid with a small price yearly (29.99$) . you can also get the open source version with 100$ . now the gateway mark all the paid invoices as paid , log the transaction info , handle the call back .

  15. EDIT : we have not made any change , and it show now the total if the currency is identical with service term and config options . so i think is resolved .

  16. Will there be a way for us to send an " Account Registration Email " ? This would be for those times when we need to setup the account manually in the middle of the night, and do not yet want to send a "Welcome Registration" email until daylight hours. Is this possible or already built-in ?
