In order to sell a dedicated IP, you need to create a configurable option for it. Packages > Options. Take a look at the doc page I linked, hopefully that makes sense. (Here https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Multicraft?preview=/3833872/3899409/3.png#Multicraft-CreatingaConfigurableOption) So, I don't think it's even trying to use a dedicated IP. It's trying to use a shared IP, and that is not configured properly on your Multicraft master server. Just to reiterate Licensecart's point, a different 'value' must be set for each option. HTML forms distinguish between labels (what you see on the page next to the radio button, or as a select option), and the value (which gets submitted). Since each radio option had no value, they were all an empty string, which is not useful because you cannot distinguish which option was checked.

https://clients.cyandark.com loads fine for me, but I am IPv4 only. If you have IPv6, it will try to connect via IPv6 because there is an AAAA record. So, if the server is not configured to use IPv6, then the AAAA record should be deleted and that would probably solve it.

you can use my admin tools plugins , is open source, in github , it has this feature .you and any other on,e can review the code and sent a pull request or report any bug in iy .

I think it would be good to be able to see if a PayPal account from which payment was made is verified or not, and possibly be able to put orders on hold that were paid with unverified accounts. If nothing else, it's one more tool in the bucket when reviewing an order for possible fraud.
