ya that's how i say everything should run. I don't want to rely on a stable browser connection to have anything done within my software. As little failure points as possible. I suppose a cool feature would allow the user to go back to a page and see the action in progress, but not actually rely on the browser to keep the process going

Thanks for the feedback. If the web server is responsible for running the mailer, and the connection drops or the browser is closed, it's likely that it will be interrupted. I *think* this is how the competition works. We build it to be more rock solid than that, by queuing mailings for the cron to process. So, for Blesta, you can watch the email go out, but if you close your browser it will not interrupt anything.

I like the idea of an IP block. One thing I want to do that I believe we have a task for is with the PHPIDS plugin, where it could issue a "csf -d IP" command on your Blesta server to block the attacker at the firewall. In this context, are you just asking for the ability to ban specific IPs from being able to say, place an order or login to the client area? Can you elaborate on how you would expect this to work?

Ok, just to clarify: You'd like the IP address field renamed to hostname? Trying to use a hostname now does not work because of an error check that expects an IP address? The Plesk module generates passwords that are considered insecure in Plesk by default. Is "Strong" the default password strength setting in Plesk? It's likely any modification to the password generation would be to simply meet the requirements that Plesk typically expects. In this case, it looks like it must be: 8 characters, contain upper and lower case letters, digits, and special characters.

If you want to help, please do more testing. There will be more to test in beta 2, which we hope to have out really soon.

Blesta comes built in with an importer: Settings > Company > Plugins > Available > Importer Manager. Click on manage after installation and then click on 5.2 under WHMCS, it should work on WHMCS 6.x.x as-well as 5.x.x. We can't confirm if it works on 7.x.x yet as no-one has tried it haha. ... I completely forgot to do the upgrade. Fortunately, it didn't do anything damaging since I hadn't performed the upgrade... But, doing the upgrade via web went through nicely. It did redirect to the admin dashboard with a completed successfully message. php 5.6 here, default install on a development server. This was from 3.6.2 to 4.0.0 beta 1. Wouldn't be surprised if you had a module or something similar causing a white page but... this is basically a very clean install, so it seems to have worked for me in that aspect. Edit: The upgrade took about 2-3 seconds or so before it completed.

Another question, if I delete a user from my wordpress, do I have to go to blesta also to delete the user, or it can be deleted automatically? I have create two virtual clients in blesta, only for practice but I cannot delete them. Is any way to delete them?The have a invoice, that's why the system does not allow me to delete them. if you have zero real customers, bellow sql is what I had to do in similar case, it's remove all row in each considered table: Run one line by one sql query: truncate support_replies; truncate support_tickets; truncate invoice_delivery; truncate invoice_lines; truncate invoices; truncate order_services; truncate orders; truncate service_fields; truncate services; truncate transaction_applied; truncate transactions; truncate log_account_access; truncate log_contacts; truncate log_emails; truncate log_gateways; truncate log_modules; truncate log_phpids; truncate log_services; truncate log_transactions; truncate log_users; truncate log_cron; But save your database before, so if you find it's not fine for you, you can back

as a developper and i have make a a lot of custom work for blesta, the only issue that i really miss is the events , if blesta can add more events , that mean w can add/edit/delete so many functions without touching the core files . and that is what the client really need . working with blesta code is amusing and so easy to implement so manything , and for that i see a lot are encouraged to change/hack the core files . just to note, i have more than 1 year asking blesta to add more event in their functions , and if we compare , 70% of plugins has been released after just adding some new event in v 3.3 n but is a pain that from v3.3 to 3.5 only 2 events i think has been added .
