I just fixed this issue. Error was occurred due lack of permission and xfs_quota issue. I remove one of script which was included in DirectAdmin and now I can create domain under reseller account. If anyone receive similar error then they can debug this by creating a reseller account with unlimited resource and then login to your newly created reseller account and try to create a account. It will show full error like "limited pop account", "quota error", etc.2 points

Stripe Plus Gateway
Jason Ryan and one other reacted to Cherry for a topic
Hi there, sorry for the delayed response. We've tried to replicate your scenario multiple times, but are finding it really difficult to see what you're seeing. We are using test Stripe credentials, and have tested every card at https://stripe.com/docs/testing, which are all returning the expected success, or error codes, with the data being saved as expected. We're honestly not entirely sure what could be causing your issues currently, but suspect that the old data, and mismatch you have now between Blesta and Stripe (after the upgrade process) is the primary cause. Until we're able to replicate the issue that you're seeing, you may want to opt to switch back to the official Stripe gateway as provided by the Blesta team, sorry!2 points -
I just opened a ticket. Thank you I appreciate it2 points

PM me your key, or if you have an account with us and paid for the support & updates that way, please open a ticket. I will get you a copy of v4 beta 1. If you are not going live for a little while, I'd suggest making any customizations to v4 to start with, it will be much easier.2 points

This is a great point that you pointed out paul, & honestly I had no idea this much data was being collected & stored. & I am sure there is others out there that didn't know this as well. It sure does give me something to think about, that's for sure.2 points -

WHMCS Price Increase - Good News for Blesta
domaingood and one other reacted to Paul for a topic
I expected this, but I didn't think they would move toward a per-client pricing model and drop owned licenses. People really don't like that pricing model.. but the worst part of it is this: If you use WHMCS, they know how many customers you have. They know what modules you're using. They are collecting that data. How will they use it? Maybe cPanel will market to hosting providers using WHMCS that don't yet use cPanel. If the information gets out, how will someone else use it? Something to think about.2 points -
Disable manage and tabs for all services != active
elbadr reacted to Blesta Addons for a topic
i have already talked about this , but i don't find the post , so i will post it again. the client can access any service that are in pending status, so i suggest disabling the manage and the tabs view when services in pending status . this behavior is related to all modules in blesta . the same for service client info expand table this behavior was also affected the suspended services in the past , but it was fixed when auto cancel plugin was released , because the client was able to remove the cancel set by the plugin, i don't want wait until release other core plugin that will affect this issues to fix them . The clients didn't has any control options in the services if is not active . He only, and only can acces his services if is in Active Status .1 point -
Hopefully this will kickstart businesses looking for cheaper and/or better solutions, this was originally posted at http://blog.whmcs.com/?t=119034 TLDR; If you manage under 250 active clients in your WHMCS installation, nothing is changing. To our valued customers, At WHMCS, we are dedicated to providing our customers with the best web hosting automation platform on the market. We don't take any change to our pricing model lightly, and we don't take our customers for granted. But we do want to continue improving WHMCS, investing in the product to make it more powerful and deliver a better experience to you. As a result, we are introducing a tiered pricing structure that more accurately reflects the value users get from the product. The tiered pricing is modest and designed to reflect the business value of our product relative to your success. When you grow, WHMCS grows with you. Here's how the WHMCS pricing model will look going forward: Up to 250 Clients $15.95/mo (Branded) Up to 250 Clients $18.95/mo (No Branding) Up to 1000 Clients $24.95/mo (No Branding) Over 1000 Clients $39.95/mo (No Branding) In summary, if you manage under 250 active customers, your price is not changing. If you manage between 251 and 1000 active customers, your price will increase to $24.95/mo. And if you manage 1001 or more active customers, your price will increase to $39.95/mo.The new pricing will take effect for new subscriptions from today, but for existing subscriptions, nothing is changing today - we are giving existing customers a 6 month grace period for their existing subscriptions: new pricing will not take effect before April 2017. As a current WHMCS customer, we wanted to keep you informed about the change. We sincerely appreciate your business and look forward to continuing to deliver the most flexible and feature full solution for your business. For more information about these changes, see our FAQAn email is being sent to all users directly affected by this change. Hi all I have had an owned license of Blesta for around 3 years gathering dust. About 2 weeks ago I have decided I want to use Blesta even f I have to code some modules myself. My concern / question is. If I spend time getting Blesta 3x setup (customize it theme ect) will that all be lost when changing over to 4x?1 point

Parallels is the worst company in the world. I haven't used them in years, but when I was with them, you were nickle and dimed for everything. Need a bug fixed? Pay for support to report it. Our update broke things? No worries, pay for support. Things like that. No way to run a business with that kind of partnership. Buggy updates and really bad support.1 point

I noticed your not selling anymore of their licenses. I'll admit I do like cpanel just expensive. Wish they did owned license Care to share about parallels? I've never used it. the only thing I have against intraworx is the ui to me it feels like the web from the 90's direct admin looks to be getting an overhaul1 point

Paypal Standard Error

Right, it's a good time to really market the privacy aspect of Blesta. But we go back to what you guys need to do to grow into the hosting industry, feature-wise. Maybe re-prioritize some stuff? Up to you, but there's a lot you guys can do to take advantage of this. If my competitor did this for me, I'd be dancing all night, and then work on removing them from the picture Maybe a good time to talk to 3rd party developers, pay to integrate their modules directly into Blesta, making migrations from WHMCS a lot easier, a less costly and complicated process. At least to grow it quickly while you have all eyes on you1 point

In other words to Paul and company : DON'T MISS THIS BOAT. this is a gift to you guys, take advantage of it1 point

He wants to set the yearly as default until you change it in the dropdown. For example if you offer 3 terms and they click order they see monthly, well some want it on yearly by default.1 point
