  1. @AnthonyL Sorry the late reply For now it dosent support that functionality, buit its very easy to implement, let the new Blesta 4.0 Stable come out And I will add this in the next update @cyandark Hello Sorry, still no migration functionality, but its easy, I didnt implement yet because there wasnt alot requests I Will promisse to add a migration functionality betwin Support Manager Original and Support Manager Pro, also an option to Migrate all data to Core Support Manager (It will delete all data on the Support Manager that will be migrated to because of the ID's and CODE in Tickets to not mess everithing) @all Im tinking to add on next update the encryption of all Ticket's messages because of sensitive data in case of an MySQL/MariaDB intrusion, what do you think? The problem is going to be the search functionality that will be a tiny slow to let the encrypt/decrypt function to run.

  2. CORE-450 Custom fields with encryption option. This would be perfect for customers submitting server passwords or other sensitive information. Of course, this is planned for the official support manager. Not all data needs to be or should be encrypted. Remember, encrypted data cannot be searched, and there is some overhead with decrypting it. Also AES does not use public/private key pairs like RSA, so the same key is used to encrypt and decrypt. This means that if an attacker got access to your database *and* your files, they could decrypt the data anyway. In contrast, if you were using Blesta's batch processing for charging credit cards, the private RSA keys used to decrypt cards would be encrypted with AES using a passphrase that is not stored anywhere and has to be manually entered. This method could be done elsewhere, and might be a good idea for sensitive ticket information, but the data would not be decrypted automatically and staff would have to enter a passphrase unknown by Blesta before it could be decrypted.

  4. I just realized that's me in that quote, lol, I never even went back to read the reply (I guess I don't get email notifications from LET). I don't really feel either way about it. I do have to admit that progress on the domain module has been super slow, so he's got a point there...but I've seen plenty of response from Paul and gang to criticism as well, so that point isn't really that accurate (at least in my opinion).

  5. Hi Guys We are looking for the services of a developer to develop a registrar module to integrate between Blesta and ZA Domains. We're looking for a developer that will support the module in the event of future releases, provide installation and troubleshooting documentation, and within the next two months update the module to connect to our new api. The current ZA Domains API has served its purpose but is being redeveloped to include additional services available via the control panel. I anticipate that this project may result in further development work at a later stage so this is not a once off job. Please PM me if you are interested, as we would like to support Blesta users and provide them with an automated module for registration of their Co.Za domains, Org.Za Domains, Web.Za Domains, Joburg Domains, Capetown Domains, Durban Domains and all other gtld's supported via our platform.

    Blesta IRC

We have a Mumble server we host and use when we play games, that we could potentially open up. Tried Discord, seems interesting, but it never caught on in our circles.

  8. ZACR do use EPP for management of their domains how ever our system handles the process depending on whether the client is a reseller or registrar, ie we have multiple registrars using one account, where as your module would hand a direct connect to the EPP system.

  13. Nginx will work, but it's not fully supported. Because Blesta ships with a .htaccess file with mod_rewrite rules that are incompatible with Nginx, in order to get pretty URLs you'll need to make some configuration changes. There are community provided rules at https://github.com/cloudrck/blesta-nginx that you should find useful. Otherwise, all URLs will have /index.php/ prepended.

  15. Normally the module should do all the trick for you, you will not do anything manually , the only thing you will do is : admin side : install module , add pools , in each pools put a list of credentials . create packages , each package for a pool , determine the price/term . client side ; client select a package/pool, paid the invoice, he will receive a welcome email with the login pass . so , th only thing you will do is updating the users/pass in the pools in blesta .nothing more

  16. if i well understand your idea, a simple module can do this perfectly . so i give you a road to begin . the module will have a rows, the rows as a levels, then every row has a culomns, every culomns has a set of user/pass entered, in a texteare , eash one in a new line , now the user order a apliance, the module will take the first user/pass , send it to the client and remove it from that database . and so .... i code it for you if you want .

    Russian Payment Systems

Which single gateway is the most popular for Russia? If we were to implement only 1 at the moment, which should it be?
