The way he said it is totally inappropriate and lacks respect, but shunning him for an opinion isn't right I have a fairly large commitment towards Blesta (addon companies), but I can't actually use Blesta for what I need it to do. Do I want to use Blesta? YES. But right now, I'm stuck using WHMCS because of core components that Blesta will not get to until 4.1 at least. The reason I can't use Blesta? Because it would take a lot more money to customize it and bring it up to speed, than it would be to simply use a competing product. And even then, it wouldn't be 100% Let's be honest here guys, the development of Blesta is pretty slow. I'm not sure if the hope was that 3rd party developers would take up the slack, but there's been a really big mis-read on what your customers are using Blesta for, and what you think they should be using Blesta for. I think WHMCS got their act together security-wise, finally. But I don't like their company, I don't like how cPanel runs things either (but use them for server software... because cPanel). I really like Blesta, I met the Blesta guys at multiple Hostingcons, great guys, but Blesta needs to kick it up a notch if it wants to grow and put a dent in competitors' market-share. I'm still rooting for Blesta, i haven't sold my license, and still pay for updates even if I don't use it. But I wish Blesta would really start focusing on what customers want to use Blesta for, how they use it, how many clicks it takes to get to something, intuitiveness, along with a whole bunch of other things, and start moving development resources towards those pain points first, and worrying a lot less about ancillary stuff. Maybe even provide smaller, quicker updates. When a new feature is built and tested, ship it out. Stop waiting 3+ months to make bigger splashes with releases. You're a smaller company, who should be much nimbler than your bigger competitors. Use that to your advantage. You have the ability to pivot quickly and release things nearly as fast. I don't know why you don't do it. Like someone once told me, it's fine to give out ideas and roadmaps about where you're going. It's the execution that counts, and few people can do that part well.

It can "only" be used if it's uploaded, if you don't upload the .htacess it won't use friendly links, apache doesn't change the links by itself. Eg: I like a coffee with milk, but if I ask for a coffee and they skip the milk it doesn't mean its not a "coffee". I just didn't ask for the milk.

Hello, It seems like the Proxmox Blesta module has been neglected recently and I think it deserves an update. Other billing systems and 3rd party developers have updated their respective Proxmox modules to add support for LXC, drop support for OpenVZ, and add other cool built-in features for the client such as firewall management and backup management. I also think the Proxmox module should be updated to remove the Java VNC console and add support for the HTML5 noVNC console that is packaged with Proxmox. All of these things have implementations in the Proxmox API so I don't think it would be too difficult.

I'm pretty sure if you recommended Blesta on their forums they would censor it and ban you. Not very respectful.

Could you post a screenshot of: Settings > Company > Billing/Payment: Invoice and Charge Options Settings > Company > Billing/Payment: Payment Due Notices Settings > Company > Client Groups: Edit If these are correct, you may also wish to re-save them, just to be sure they are set and not defaulting to anything.

So in /config/routes.php you have the admin route set to "administer"? Try ~/administer/ and if that doesn't work, try removing your .htaccess file temporarily and trying ~/index.php/administer/

we just fixed another issue with "Are you using xCache?" and the contact page is now working. Admin issue still ongoing.

I'm having some trouble with the calculations of VAT/Sales Tax and invoice totals. For example, I have 2 line items... Line Item 1 -- Quantity 3 -- Unit Price 32.50 -- Cost 97.50 Line Item 2 -- Quantity 3 -- Unit Price 32.50 -- Cost 97.50 Subtotal: 195.00 VAT @ 23.0000%: 44.86 Total: 239.86 The subtotal is 195.00, which is correct. The sales tax on this invoice is 44.86, which is incorrect. 23% of 195.00 is 44.85, so the invoice total should be 239.85, not 239.86. The problem seems to be that the VAT/tax is being calculated on a per line basis, rounded, and then summed up. However, it should be calculated on the subtotal and then rounded. Or calculated on a per line basis, summed up, and then rounded. 23% of 97.50 is 22.425 Rounded, that becomes 22.43. 22.43 x 2 = 44.86. The rounding occurs before the addition. It should occur after the addition. Installed Version 3.6.1
