Yeah, looks like you'll need a KloxoMR module for Blesta. In the meantime, you could use the Universal Module, it just won't automatically provision, suspend, etc. Would work ok if you manually approve orders. There are some developers on the forums here that may be able to help you write the module if you like. We have had very few requests for Kloxo.1 point

Changing the hostname would require a new session be created. If the URL was incorrect in company settings, it could then prevent Blesta from ever loading. Not to mention security concerns. If a staff member has access to more than one company, why does it matter what the URL is?1 point

There is a new, better SSL Store module under way that will be replacing the current one. It has far more features, and allows clients to purchase an SSL cert without providing any details during checkout, and then configure their SSL certificate, submit their CSR, after their order is approved. Other features like re-issues are supported as well. We'll release more information on this in the near future.1 point
