Regarding 2 questions you had: non-package option for services We have not had many requests for this, and services are very dependent on packages and modules. Most people will use the recurring invoice option if they do not want or need to create a service. coupons We have plans to improve the coupon system, but it needs to be refactored first. Restricting coupons to specific client groups is a possibility. dns We would like to tie into PowerDNS and other DNS systems. I think many multi-server cPanel hosting providers use cPanel's DNSonly, and Blesta is compatible with that as it's really controlled by cPanel. The issue then of course is creating or editing zones that are part of services which are unrelated to cPanel.

When you change the username by editing the service in Blesta, you should again uncheck "Use Module". This will update it in Blesta only. Once the username is correct in Blesta it will be properly linked to your WHM/cPanel server.

Did you receive the same notice about Mailparse not being installed when you installed Blesta? phpinfo is a function that outputs the PHP configuration settings. Blesta doesn't parse this to determine whether you have Mailparse installed. Instead, it checks whether the Mailparse extension is loaded. The extension_loaded function may require phpinfo--I'm not sure. If you're disabling certain functions in php.ini, you'll have to be aware of this fact and its impact when installing or upgrading software on the server, as any new software can try to make use of something you have disabled.

Are you using xCache? If so, try disabling it. A couple other threads (here and here) report an identical issue when using xCache.

what is the safe way to add a service & related invoice from a plugin ? let say a the logicbox or cpanel module as example . anyone ha the same case already done and running without problem ? as i know blesta has this in their license activation in account.blesta.com
