We will be adding a filter icon for most widgets in the window decoration (like the cog/gear icon) that will toggle a filter section above the table listing. I need to mock up the markup for this, it's one of the things on my list.2 points

Please consider adding a Russian payment gateways such as WebMoney or Robokassa for example.1 point

I'd been sitting on the clip of the presenter for the past three months and finally got around to editing it over the last week although it took slightly longer than i would've liked. You can check the video on my homepage here: https://selfhosted.uk Let me know what you think. And while you're there any feedback on the website is welcome although need to get round to finishing the Blesta integration but it works for the time being. Thanks1 point

I remember this happening to me when I installed Blesta through Softaculous, I solved the problem by pointing the domain to the install. Not a Blesta problem.1 point

The best thing to do is to theme Blesta like your website. Usually all you need to do is edit CSS and the header/footer file for the client area which is in app/views/client/bootstrap/structure.pdt For CSS, I suggest creating an overrides file and adding it to the structure.pdt so it won't be overwritten on upgrade. (You'd just need to merge changes into structure.pdt) Then, on your Wordpress links you'd link to the product you want, see https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Order+System#OrderSystem-LinkingtoaSpecificProduct for how to do that. Hiring a company to take your website and theme Blesta is perfectly reasonable, and is generally not expensive.1 point

No, that wouldn't work. The payment URL's are constructed identically. The difference leads me to believe that the issue is with the cron caused by your Root Web Directory setting. See my other post regarding this issue.1 point

Looking nice mate and thanks for the mention Edit: them bouncy things mess with my eyes haha any way to have them at the bottom in a line or something lol. And when you click on a link to say Ask PauloV or myself it goes to the forum which requires a log in to pm. And the dropdown menus don't reset when you go back so it says the last visited label and if you click the label it just loads .1 point

Tags can be filtered as described in the H2o documentation. Unfortunately, the "date" filter for H2o only allows for you to format the date according to php's date function, which does not do timezone conversion. e.g. {ticket.date_added | date "M d, Y H:i:s A"} is "Feb 09, 2016 23:17:42 PM" UTC The timezone conversion is an additional step, so either a new tag would need to exist that displays the date in the appropriate timezone, or better yet, H2o would need to be extended to support a new filter for performing the timezone conversion. Only the tags shown on the Support Manager page documentation would be available. It's possible that a client may not be assigned to the ticket at all, if the ticket were emailed in, for instance. The plugin doesn't make additional queries to allow for these tags due to the performance hit it would incur. however, that may be a good feature request. The client, the contact that replied, the staff, and the department might be a good set of additional tags. The {ticket.code} is not necessarily a unique code, and it could be guessed. The {ticket_hash_code} does change per email, is unlikely to be guessed, and is used to determine the ticket the email is associated with.1 point

Pretty easy you can find out more here: http://whmcsrefugees.com Disable the cron task or the cron job completely. Integrations you can see: Blesta Integration 3.3.x (Advanced) Direct urls: How can I get a direct URL to a package? You can disable the portal and then give people you want the direct url to the order form. Yes you can add the service manually or let them order and then manually approve the order which will only make the account after you've accepted it. cPanel and SolusVM modules are made by Blesta themselves, so they work fine, the Virtualizor module I've heard mixed opinions on the forum and it's managed by Virtualizor so they have to fix and help you with it. cPanel docs: https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/cPanel SolusVM docs: https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/SolusVM SolusVM doesn't have a map for the WHMCS importer yet but if you want it I can help you migrate with the plugin Mujahed did. You can edit to the invoices, or make an addon package or use your own module / API to create custom invoice lines. Sorry I'm not sure what you mean by that. That depends what you are looking for and what you would like out of Blesta, there's PauloV's order forms, Naja7Host's Admin tools, etc.1 point
