  1. A couple questions: If clients can upload documents, can they also see the documents they uploaded, or should they only be viewable to staff? Should this be a setting? I can imagine some may not want to allow clients to upload files.

  3. I would allow them to see the documents (uploaded by them and by the staff) but the control to allow uploading on an individual client basis would be nice.

  4. I'm not familiar with this 3rd party module, but if it works similarly to the native module in terms of this, you are safe to remove them from the server group. Given it's a 3rd party module though, you should test this out.

  5. Since this thread has turned into a shouting match, I'm going to close it. We appreciate all of the productive comments, and we take the requests of our customers seriously. As stated, v4.1 is designated for improving domain support. Please feel free to start a new thread if you have specific suggestions related to domains.

  6. can i know for wich reason this is needed ? the support manager is not adequate for this reason ? just curios to know what we can get from that plugins else than the staff upload docs to client account .

  7. Order #'s are listed in Blesta under Billing > Overview as part of the Orders Widget. If you don't see an "Orders" widget, click "Manage Widgets" on the left, and drag it from the right to the left in the modal box to add it.
