Hello All .
Celebrating 1 year from the first release . i have changed the HTML output to match the blesta theme . so the html will be shown inside the blesta client area .
you can check exemple in my first post .
You want to use the domain and other order form type. Also, create a package for each TLD, put your domain packages in the same Package Group. That group you will select as the domain group when creating an order form. Blesta will sort out which package and price to use based on the TLD ordered.
You are both right! Thank you a lot! I add the main IP and the account in blesta created! Can you please help me what should I do after that? what plugin should I install in order my customers to search for domains from my website and to buy also the domains? Is there something ready to use? or I should copy and paste the code from enom into my website?
Thank you!
The key is still in a re-issue state, which means it has not been used. This generally only happens if your server cannot reach our license servers (usually 443 tcp egress is closed) or if you are overloading mbstring (see https://docs.blesta.com/display/user/Installing+Blesta#InstallingBlesta-LicenseValidationIssues)
If they open a new ticket under their account (or you open it) you may be able to merge under the Support ticket queue (Support > Tickets). I don't recall off the top of my head if tickets are limited to being merged for the same client or not.. I don't think so.
You'd select their unlinked ticket under the queue, then enter the ticket number you want to merge into.
Give it a try and let us know how that works!
Re-assigning a ticket without merging is not currently possible, so I'd suggest a feature request if you'd like to have that functionality.
Blesta is secure anywhere but it's good practice to have Blesta if you can offside incase the server goes down, or your client server is comprised by a Wordpress outdated exploit.
You can't haha but that's the main error for that or if it can't call home or another reason, I would PM Paul or email sales@ blesta and he will check and issue you a trial key.
The admin UI is not responsive, unfortunately -- that would be a major undertaking, but we're making steps toward that direction. It's the same fluid layout. The new graphs do scale automatically which is nice though, as the old jqplot ones had to be refreshed.
in the standard orderpage , we can remove one item if there is more items in the cart .
but in the ajax order form (wizard, ajax ) is not possible, only the empty cart option exist . (the whole items)
